Returns

Online returns

- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

- Item is returned unused, undamaged in original packaging with all original tags still attached. Do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on the swimsuit over underwear for sanitary reasons.

- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

- Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return.

In case of a failed item

Please email @anane.co with your order number and a picture of the fault within 7 days of delivery so that our team can arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
